i still remember my very first day clearly
3 years ago.
it was ms tan mei shan (i think)
that was telling my class wad ccas we got into.
then, she told me i got into DRAMA.
i was sorta excited,
coz new classmates,
charmian, hetty, seri and chermaine got into the same cca too!
den at 4pm on that paticular tuesday,
we all waited outside the current 3/1 classroom on the first floor.
we talked. we waited.
got to know brandon. (the guy who wore a cap coz he was losing hair)
we thought there were seniors,
so we waited for them.
one member was already inside the classroom.
it was hidayat. the current sec 4 one.
i actually thought that he was a senior,
coz he was pretty tall.
our teacher came, mr yeo yam hwee.
(we also had ms sajnani)
told us that we were the first batch!
PIONEERS MAYN!
n i can still remember wad we did after dat,
we drew self portraits,
den we learnt how to project our voice
and imagine that there was an ant on the ceiling....
along the way, constance joined us from netball.
lets fastforwarddddd.........
SPEECH DAY 2006!!!!!
the hunters and the harvesters...
i still remember each scene.
and i also remember us copying the dancers' dance moves...
the costumes were somehow hideous,
but we still totally rocked it out!
after the performance, it was sad but life had to go on.
eventually hidayat quit and joined softball.
SYF 2007!!!!
YEAH i noe i wasnt a cast,
but i was an avid supporter!
i thought you all did amazingly well!
the day arrived.
we went on the bus and i sprayed my hair brown!!!
there, we went on stage and i carried that pathetic window.
left the stage and watched all of u from the wings.
sincerely, from my heart,
i thought u all acted vry well!!!
we waited for the results anxiously,
saddened by the fact that we got COP.
mr yeo left us soon after.
den we got ms sharon lam.
one of the sessions after dat, was the selection of leaders.
apparently, everyone thinks that it is fun to vote fr me as president.
so i was it....
and sookyi became vice.
2008!!!
new sec ones came!!!!
including the ones that were closest to the seniors,
hidayat and christabella.
1/5 juniorrss!
den along the way, we started filming 'Hannahrella'
REMEMBER DAT GUYS???
it was funn!
constance as cinderella/hannahrella,
hidayat as prince,
sookyi and bella as bimbos.
the video was funny!!!!
after dat, we were introduced to miss UMI.
FIRST was juz fun and games,
but soon after, it became strenuous labour...
i remember the first time we saw the 'cheese'.
i remember our sat mornings and afternoons.
"UGLY! UGLY! UGLY!"
that will always be on my mind.
the actual day was a rush.
did make-up at the hall.
and rushed there.
we did our best,
and soon, we will noe the results of our sweat.
that was one sad ending.
we bonded together as a group,
and there were conflicts that lead to rivalry.

so today was our final was the last episode of our 4 year drama series.
and we definitely left with a bang.
there were almost tears,
and alot of hugs!

so as i am abt to end this portion of my post,
i would like to dedicate special messages to the close friends i made in drama.
CHARMIAN!
u have been a great friend thru all these 4 years.
i will never forget ur bubbly personality and never-ending happiness.
i still remeber us going around together during the first cca open house,
giving pamphlets to parents, and talking to them.
we work great together and i hope we will still stay in touch.
remember, we must come back after we graduate kay?

JUZ came back from madrasah (religious class).
had "practical" today.
our teacher said he was gonna teach us how to solat jenazah. (pray for the dead)
so here was a convo:
ustaz: skrg semua berdiri, belajar solat jenazah. kita ada practical hari ni.
("everyone stand. im gonna teach u how to pray for the dead. we r having practical today")
one girl in class: saya jadi jenazahnye boleh?

So today,
me,seri,hetty,hid,cons,jh,tingyin (who at first only wanted to bfast)
went to watch Confessions Of A Shopaholic.
Had lots of fun laughing.
especially the part where the girl
lied.(hahahahaha)
The show was nice.I loved all the bling-bling.
then later,hid took an mrt back to pasir ris while we bus-ed to around cons house so she could change and we went to the petrol station to change.
And i saw one of the muttons!
then later,went back to school for speech day.
AND I'M SO PISSED.
know why?
because,as audience,
they didnt allow us to eat
ANDDDDDDD
they made us go out by the back gate,like so shameful like that.
Seriously,its total unfairness.
Why do we not get to eat?
are we not guests too?
whatever.
i'm tired.

THE BIG DAY IS TOMORROW GUYS!
After all the months of preparations...
after the numerous scoldings...
after all the fights...
after all the tears...
it all boils down to 20 mins.
the 20 mins that we will remember for the rest of our lives...
even though i can finally relieve some stress aft the syf,
i have to admit that i will really truly miss all the fun that we all had....
the singing...
the screaming...
the hysterical laughing...
the breakfastses...
the saturdays...
the board games..
i am really looking frward to the beginning of tomorrow,
but i juz wish it wont end...
i will really miss all the trainings alot...
(the breaks actually, not really the trainings)
i remember the time when all of us were talking in british accents.
hysterical much!
those r the moments i really treasure.
the fun.
gosh the fun...
thru this syf, i really feel that most of us have bonded
and become close frens...
so, as the curtains close on us for the last time tomorrow,
lets bow in pride and honour,
and let the drama name soar up high,
as we remember all the joyous times we had together...
and we shall continue to shine,
even though the spotlights have been dimmed,
and the remainings of our shadows part ways...

final drama rehearsal today...
it was damn damn damn tiring!!!!!
then aft dat went pastamaniaing...
den left me, hetty, hidayat, junhao and constance.
plans of watching COAS backfired...
so bused to jh's crib.
dat was wen the whole " you lied!" incident started.
long storry...
went to ntuc to get food and drinks,
den monopolied at his house...
fun at first,
got boring in the ending...
tried putting jh's flower pot in the washing machine, but cant...
den started the masterbedroom incident.
mas-tur-bate room geddit?
den cabbed home wif hid, het, and cons......
found creamy sleeping on his back. like a dead hamster.
and fortunately, my mum didnt say anything abt me comin home late!
yay!
so aniwaez, i cant believe that juz now was our last rehearsal.
tuesday is the actual day u guys!!!!
message for all drama SYF peeps:yo guys! we have been thru a lot together,
tears, conflicts and joy....
but for just 20 mins this comin tuesday,
lets pull it all together and give it the best that we got.
lets show the school that no one messes wif the drama crew.
lets do it for ourselves, and make it a performance to remember!
as we seniors r gonna step down soon,
this is our last chance to share the stage, and have the spotlights on us.
make it seem that the lights that r shining r not bright enuf.
i noe everyone has got it in u, so this is the chance to spill it all out.
if ur supposed to be angry, release ur inner bitch.
if ur supposed to be sad, release meandering rivers of unstoppable tears.
if ur suppose to be energetic, never let the battery in u die.
